AquaFrame
AquaFrame installation is a quick and time saving option.
AquaFrame has six leveling screws for a perfect level installation every time. Leveling is done with a rebar "T" designed especially for the AquaFrame. This rebar "T" is supplied with the AquaFrame.
AquaFrame has a zinc chromate coating which prevents rust.
Installation:
AquaFrame equipment needed to install this unit would be a forklift with 8' forks, all terrain forklift, or a crane.
AquaFrame concrete slab is required with 3 1/2" thickness framed with 2'x4" lumber. The size of the concrete slab is equal to the unit being installed with 6" for each side added.
Example: AS/S 19' - This slab would be a total of 20' length and 8 1/2' wide, 6" added to each side.
AquaFrame unit when in place levels the SwimSpa with leveling screws. There will no longer be need for concrete block and 4x4 lumber for supporting the pool's stiffeners. This is now built right in the unit. This installation saves the installer valuable time. There will no longer be all the labor and materials needed and you will have a perfectly level pool.
Pool installation steps with the AquaFrame:
Pour level concrete slab.
Place unit where it will be installed.
Adjust leveling screws.
Plumb unit into position.
Start filling with water.
Electric line (220 single phase) in place run equipment pack overnight to test all fittings.
